CertForge — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using CertForge ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About CertForge

CertForge is a certification exam preparation application providing practice questions and study tools. It is intended for personal, non-commercial study use only. CertForge does not guarantee passing any certification exam.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

  • All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store

  • 3-day access is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that expires 72 hours after purchase

  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Lifetime access is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that does not expire

  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policies

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

4. Community Submissions

If you opt into community features, you may submit quiz results and comments to the CertForge community server. By submitting content you agree that:

  • Submissions are anonymized and contain no personal information

  • Submitted content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You will not submit false, misleading, or harmful content

  • CertForge reserves the right to remove any submission at its discretion

5. Intellectual Property

  • All app content, question banks, and design are the property of CertForge

  • Certification exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners

  • CertForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any certification body

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute app content without written permission

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

  • Use the App for any commercial purpose

  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent purchase or access controls

  • Share purchased access with other users

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CertForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that question content is current with the latest exam versions. Use of the App for exam preparation is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CertForge and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including failure to pass a certification exam.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violation of these Terms. Purchases already made are subject to Apple's refund policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
